Five set menus for events, cooked in our own kitchen.
Every menu below is prepared by our own chef, in our own kitchen, for events held in the ballroom. They are written as complete days — canapés on arrival, a plated or sharing main, sides down the middle of the table, dessert, and hot food later in the evening.
Menus are a starting point, not a restriction. Courses can be swapped between them, dietary requirements are built in rather than bolted on, and a vegetarian option marked (V) runs alongside every course.
Pricing is quoted per guest, once we know the numbers and the date.
Grazing table, plated main, roast sides — the traditional wedding breakfast, done properly.
Everything down the middle of the table. Relaxed, generous, and the easiest way to feed a full room.
Canapés on arrival, slow-roasted beef, and warm cookie dough to finish.
Bao buns, Korean fried chicken and Shaoxing beef — for the couple who do not want a roast.
Chargrilled skewers, watermelon and mint, tart au citron. Built for a warm afternoon.

Every cocktail is built to order at our own bar — no pre-mixes, no shortcuts. Wine, beer, spirits and a full cocktail list are available for every event.
Ask the bar for anything that isn't on the list.
